In 1991, after rising up through the ranks with Hilton and several years managing both the Incentive Division for The Productivity Group and the Destination Management Division for Florida Hosts, Gina C. Thiemann founded Florida Destinations & Incentives to provide comprehensive destination management services for in-bound corporate, incentive and association programs.
Florida Destination has maintained the same hands-on ownership and management since its inception. Although we have added talented people along the way, our core management remains the same. Our experience, creativity and highly trained staff represent the strong foundation of our company.
